2011 Schedule of Events
Welcome and thank you for visiting our itinerary schedule, see you at the Colors for the Cross Bikefest Laborday Weekend 2011 at:
"The Agrirama" in Tifton, Ga. - All participants must register and get your arm band at the registration table. "Colors for the Cross" and its promoters are not responsible for any accidents or losses while attending the Bikefest - Please be wise, use good judgment and have a fun time! No alcohol/drugs allowed.
Important reminder to all parents...CFC is planning on providing the "Inflatable Water Slide" for all the children to enjoy once again this year for CFC 2011-CFC and its promoters ask all parents to please "watch" your children when they are having fun on this water slide, they are your responsibility-not CFC, all children must have an "armband" to participate-play safe and have fun in the hot Georgia sun!....and bring a towel.

Friday
12 Noon est - Gates Open - Registration Begins-Please stop & check in at Reception
(2 hour shift registration volunteers still needed)
12 Noon - 5:45pm Fellowship & Vendor set-up
5:45 pm - Opening Prayer/Welcoming - CFC Masters of Ceremonies:
6 pm - ?? "Open Mic Night Starts"
Weekend MC will be Gus Rienhart
Friday night Open Mic on Friday evening
Music by Calvary Worship Center Praise and Worship Team Friday at 6:00pm to kick off open mic.Special
Saturday
8 am - Gates Open-Bike Show/Jesus Ride Registration Begins
9am - Jesus Ride Drawing Begins
9:30am - Jesus Ride Leaves (registration/line-up starts tba)
10-11am - Children's Ministry
(children supervision volunteers still needed)
1-3pm - Open Mic on STAGE
3pm - Bike Show Judging
4pm - Bike Games start
6:30pm - Announcements, Trophy Presentations
Best in Show Trophy donated by Cross Roads Cycle
7-8pm - Music:
Special Music on Sat. evening will be provided by:
Recording Artist Cory Bridges from Ocila, GA.
8pm - Speaker:
Special speaker will be Gus Rienhart on Sat. night

9:00 A.M. - P&W Music -

Baptisms (in the truck) following Church
